Fungal infections commonly cause symptoms such as itching, redness, rashes, peeling skin, nail discoloration, or white patches in the mouth. Risk factors include humid climates, poor hygiene, weakened immunity, diabetes, tight clothing, and prolonged moisture on the skin. Prevention involves keeping the body clean and dry, wearing breathable clothes, avoiding sharing personal items, and seeking early treatment to stop spread and recurrence.

Beer/Alcohol does not directly cause renal (kidney) stones, but it can increase the risk indirectly. By promoting dehydration and increasing uric acid levels, especially with frequent or heavy consumption, alcohol can make conditions in the urine more favorable for stone formation. Adequate hydration, particularly with water, remains the most important factor in preventing kidney stones.
